HP Drivers
I have been pulling my hair out trying to get my HP PSC1350 drivers loaded. I also have HP digital camera software to install as well. I cannot get the drivers to install - it goes to about 96% then I get hpqtra08.exe error message and install program stops. I have been working with the HP support people, but I wanted to check with you folks and see if you had any ideas. I have been installing and uninstalling for about three days now to no avail.
Any ideas? |

For those like me that didn't know->HP PSC Printer/ Scanner/ Copier (1350) (HP PSC1350)
Are you installing off a cd that came with the printer? Have you tried downloading the drivers off their web site?

HP mailed me their latest drivers on CD, version 4.2.0. I have been trying everything they said from downloading their uninstall program to delete all camera and printer software, to disabling firewall settings, deselecting everything in msconfig, to downloading an hp program to set permissions in Win XP.......very frustrating........
