Logon speed problems with XP SP2\Domain environment.

Server: Intel P3 1.0GHz. 512MB RAM. 2x120GB IDE. Windows 2000 SP4. Active Directory installed and running.
Workstations: Intel P4 2.8GHz. 256MB RAM. 40GB IDE. Windows XP SP2.
Network is 100MBPs Cat6.

Workstation has been joined to the Domain and logon speed is fine for Domain Admins but takes 5-6 minutes for standard Users. Only a small logon script runs to map drives. The standard users only map one drive while Domain Admins map 7 drives.

Is there a tweak in Windows XP to improve the logon speed in a Domain environment?
