Bloated right-click menus

Whenever I right click on a file, it takes a significant amount of time for the right click menu to load, because all sorts of programs have added things to it. There is an option to transfer the file via trillian, several options from winrar, options from several programs like spybot to destroy the file, and the list goes on and on. Most of these options I have never used and do not anticipate ever needing to, and I'd like to know how to cut down on the bloat in this menu so it loads near-instantaneously like it should.
