Email retrieval on XP

Hi

I have been trying my very best to retrieve my persoanl emails from XP. I shut my computer down on Monday and Tuesday XP created its on profile and it had overidden all my programs for some reason and all of my personalised stuff dissapeared.

Is there anyway I can get the emails back? I have tried the application data under local settings and there is nothing there. I have also tried system restore and it says that they cannot restore to that point.

What can i do guys? I am sooo stressed

Thanx

If you were using outlook or some e-mail program that stores your mail on a computer use this it will restore every file on comp.
It's called PC inspector and is free:

If using Outlook Express, go to windows explorer click on tools>folder options>view tab> uncheck boxes to unhide any files>click Ok .Click on documents and settings> Click on users name you want to get the email folders out of. Click Local settings>application data>indentities> click on numbers and letters(this is a SID)>click microsoft>click outlook express>select all files> and cut them out> paste them in the user that u are using now following the same route that u used to get the ones out of the old identity. When it askes you, do you wish to overwrite existing files in the users folder click yes to all.
