Shared Driver Components
Not certain this is the right place for this, but my os is xp home.....I installed an updated version of stomp backupmypc and when I rebooted I am getting three small popup screens 1. Diagnostics Traces 2. Drvm CDB Pending IO 3. DrvmCDB..... and in the taskbar (3) Shared Driver Component.
I also have sonic on here and I'm wondering if that's got something do to with it??? Thanks in advance. |

Found the problem and got it fixed. I still don't know why, or even what those popup windows were for, but I was looking in the add/reomove programs and found and old veritas update manager. I didn't remove it before, so uninstalled, then reinstalled and no more popups. Doubt it will happen to anybody else, but if it does that was my problem. By the way, it initially started because I updated from version 5 to 6, which is a free update, I just never took the time to install the update after I downloaded it sometime back.
