Dissabled, Why?
Hey guys, I am having this gay crap with my PC now, it sais the task manager and msconfig is dissabled by the Admin, if I am not incorrect, I AM THE FREAKIGN ADMIN. Its my damn computer.
Anyone wana help me bring that back please and tell me why this happenend? PLEASE answer me soon, I really need this. And sorry for the miss spelling.

That looks a little virus like to me, what operating system are you using and what antivirus do you have?

Do indeed run full system "thorough" antivirus/antispyware scans from Safe Mode as soon as possible (as recommended by rjfvillarosa).
And for a try at a quick fix, there is a Registry modification you can try for Windows XP Pro (if that is your version) - Open Registry Editor (Regedit.exe) and navigate to: [HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System] In the right-pane, double-click DisableTaskMgr and set it's data to 0 Yes, of course, you need to have Administrator priviledges to do this edit.
