NTLDR is missing

For some reason unknown I'm getting this error and can't boot up.

Can you help? NTLDR is missing

Can't even get into safe mode!!!

I'm doing a repair and now this pops up

File usbehci.sys'on is needed.
Type path where located,

I have no idea where that is at this point.

Well I finely got it repaired but now i get the blue screen that says


problem has been detected and windows has been shut down blah blah.

Any idea what's going on?

Need more details on exactly what the bluescreen says - kinda hard to search on "blah blah".

I had to do a new install looks like it was a virus.
