My Control Panel Will Not Open.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
When I try to open my control panel it gives me an error page cannot be displayed.. Either if i access through my c drive or through start i cant do it.. can any1 help me? |

What changs have you made before this started? Whic OS are you using? Have you tried to use system restore? If you have it enabled go back say a week and see if it works.. Remember anything you installed since won't be there...
