Question uninstalling/deregistering windows xp?

Is there a way I can uninstall XP pro from one computer, then use that same XP Pro disk/code/key to install on another, better computer?
I have another computer that I just got working that is faster than my p3 below, and I wanted to have xp run on it... but I worry that the activation will screw up because I already activated on the p3...

Thanks

You can just install it on the other pc, but you will have to reactivate it.. MS might give you some probelms, so use the 800 number that way you can talk to someone in person and explain what your going to do.. I did this once and they gave me no trouble...
