problems with xp desktop icons and control panel
Recently i noticed when i click on my desktop icons they just go away then come back, but never open to program or link i clicked on. The same happens when i try to open the control panel. The icons will dissappear then re-appear and the control panel will not open. Any thouhgts on this? Thanks in advance. - Chas

Many things might be triggering this. Make sure u clean up ur system from viruses and spywares. defrag and clean ur disk space. Tidy it a little bit.
