Computer freezing...pls read

Hey,

When I right-click on a file, drag and drop a file to another file, try to delete, move or copy a file, the window freezes and doesn't respond. Does anyone know what is wrong with it and how to fix it? Any help is appreciated.

are you useing any virus or spyware programs? If not go to http://www.mcafee.com and try the trial versions of the virus scan and anti-spyware programs. This might fix the problem that you are having.

I hate to step on your toes Zack, no offense meant. I just really dislike the program, along with many other people.

Mcafee Anti-spyware proggy is garbage, I recommend no one install this bloatware. Follow this thread, It will undoubtedly help and at least give us an idea of what exactly is going on after you perform the outlined steps. (insert your anti-virus application where I mention Norton) If you have no anti-virus program, Google for AVG Free Edition and install that.

According to the HJT analysis engine your log is clean, but there is always the chance something was missed.
Can you tell us what your system specifications are, what operating system are you using and what antivirus/spyware/malware scanners are you using?
