Angry Fire Help!

I am running windows 2003 small buisness server, with exchange 2000(sp1) I have installed Sharepoint Team Services on the same server. I am having problems with sharepoint not being able to do all the things that it is suppose to do, folders are disapperaing and files. I don't have another server to put sharepoint on. Is there any way to get sharepoint and exchange to play nice together?

I gave up on SharePoint and started using Xerox Docushare. It's a way better product, in my opnion.
