Desktop Icons Moving Around
I arrange the icons like I want them and turn off autoarrange but when I reboot is seems they are moving into an alphabetical order. How can I stop that from happening?

right click on the desktop and chose Arrange Icons >
Unselect auto arrange. You probably have autoarrange by name selected.

Uncheck Auto Arrange and also uncheck Align to Grid may be what the problem is.
