Angry Fire Outlook Xp problem!

I was doing work on a customers computer, and found out that they wanted to have a server, and a domain. I installed the server and dcpromo it. I have DHCP and DNS installed. Server is also a print server and file server. The whole network works. Before I changed them to a domain, everybody was already useing outlook xp locally, I now want to take all the old mail, calender, and contacts out of the old outlook and put them back into each users domain account, so they can look at all their old email and contacts. Can anybody tell me how to export and import those .pst files over to the domain user account that is on each computer?
