CTRL ALT DEL lost it's close button
We have no idea how it happened, but recently, the processes window that comes up in XP when CTRL ALT & DEL are pressed does not have the X button to close the window, and right clicking on the window tab doesn't work either. I have a screen shot of it if that would help clarify things. Is there any way to correct this? It's rather irritating to have that sitting open until we log off of Windows. Thanks in advance.
![]() Got the answer from another site, thought I'd post it here just in case someone else has the same problem sometime: Double click a blank (grey) area of the window and the title bar and X and stuff will come back. Last edited by Karma; 04-28-2005 at 11:08 PM. |

I would say that you got some malware on yours system!!!
Try to clean your system with any antivirus and antispyware that you may have!!!

Do the file.options,etc. appear?
Click on file and you can exit that way. |
