Can I buy OEM XP?
AFAIK, OEM comes with prebuilt systems, laptops, desktops, etc.
Can I get/buy OEM windows for personal use? Especially when the price of OEM is very cheap,

Yes, you can. You just need to buy it with "hardware". Any hardware usually qualifies, including someting as simple as a Y-power adapter.

It's legit as long as it comes with a holographic COA sticker and a genuine holographic CD, and doesn't say for distribution with a (name brand) computer.
