how to install .dll file for XP

Hello,
I have Nero 6.6 and have been using it to burn music to cd's. I burned one successfully this morning with no problems. This afternoon for some reason Nero tells me burn was successful but when I put it in the cd player it's coming up blank...or it's full of static and won't play right. This has happened 4 times so far. I'm using memorex CD-R's and like I said have had no problems at all.
I used the Nero Info Tool Kit to see if I could find out what is causing this and everything looked ok except it said that I am missing the System ASPI file WNASPI32.DLL Version 0.2.1.3
I did a search on my computer and actually found the file in C:\windows\system32 folder
I went to dll-files.com to see how to install a dll file so i could re-install it and used their
suggestion. I used the run command regsvr32.exe wnaspi32.dll to try to reinstall it. But I got this message instead:
wnaspi32.dll was loaded, but the DLL Register Server entry point was not found. This file cannot be registered.

Can anyone tell me what that means? And what I have to do to fix it? I'm not even sure if this dll is the problem that I'm having or what the dll file is for but if Nero can't detect it I guess it means it's not working right?

I also checked in the Windows system Information Program to see if any Problem Devices were showing up and the only one showing up is Realtek PCI Fast Ethernet thing because I don't use it and disabled it.

I know you guys/girls need info on the type of system to help so I copied this , I'm sorry if it's more info than you need:

WINASPI32.DLL should be located in your "nero" software folder;
in my case, "C:\program files\ahead\nero"

I ran system info also, like GLC wrote:

1.) Dllname was loaded, but the DllRegisterServer or DllUnregisterServer entry point was not found.

Explanation: Dllname may not be exported, or a corrupted version of Dllname may be in memory. Consider using Pview to detect the file and remove it.

2.) Dllname was loaded, but the DllRegisterServer or DllUnregisterServer entry point was not found.

Explanation: Dllname is not a .dll or .ocx file. For example, typing regsvr32 wjview.exe generates this error message.

What is Pview? Are you saying that the error message I got might be coming from me typing "regsvr32.exe wnaspi32.dll"? Does the Nero aspi take over for the system's aspi?
