accessing another computer

Does XP Home allow me to connect to another computer like PC Anywhere? My parents just got a new Dell and they are computer newbies. If I could access their computer online, I could fix some of the things they call me about. Right now I'm trying to talk them through things over the phone, but they get frustrated when they don't get it.
Thanks

You don't need to install it on your computer - you can access a VNC server using a Java applet in your browser.

How do I use remote assistance? I have a DSL connection and my parents have a dial-up connections with different ISP's.
I put the name of their computer in COMPUTER under the General tab, and their user name and password. What do I use for DOMAIN?
Thanks
Scott

Exclamation

Easiest way is to have windows or MSN messenger those two have included links for use of Remote assistance!!!

Or you can use e-mail address but invtation in both cases have to be sent from computer witch needs help!!!

You were trying Remote Desktop that's something diferent!!!
