Menu Scrolling in MS Office
Can anybody tell me how to disable this annoying menu scrolling in Office Programs like word and excel? I'm really sick of save not showing up in my menu, even though I use it all the time!

I think you want to go to Tools...Customize, Options tab, then unclick "Menus show recently used commands first."

If you check Tools>Customize>Options>Always show full menus it will show everything all the time.
