need help finding tutorial

I think it was last year I read a very well written tutorial by one of the members here. It dealt with tweaking XP, disabling various unecessary settings and general maintenance. I can't seem to find it now. Anybody remember the one I mean?

Open the Tips and Tricks forum, and change the sort to "from the beginning". Check out the thread titles.

Earlier this year Force wrote the OS Tweaks for 2K and XP guide, that you may want to check out. And although it is down for the time being, Black Viper is very good as well.
