virtual memory question
I am running Windows XP with Service Pack 2, Windows is allocating 1522MB to the paging file even though I have it set to a custom size with a Max and Min of 1024MB??? I have set it properly, and restart when it asks me to, yet when it boots up it sets itself back to 1522MB, any ideas??

The size of the page file is based on how much RAM is installed in the computer. By default, XP creates a page file which is 1.5 times the amount of installed RAM and places it on the hard drive where XP is installed.
I recommend to check your "recommended size" when setting your page file!!!
