How does one find the delete history?

Well, I'm trying to find some form of log of what I deleted on my Hard Drives, since I believe I might've accidently deleted something that I mistook for something else. However I need to know what it was, so that I can restore it by getting it again via internet.

Thanks in advance.

What OS? If it is Windows, there is no list as far as I know. If it isn't in the Recycle Bin, then there is no indication of whether it existed or not.

There are third party applications that you can use, but to increase the chances of data recovery stop or at least minimising the use of the PC in question.

Link to some software, find one that suits your needs (note, some are free but you have to pay to recover the documents). Also I suggest installing any data recovery software on another machine and create the bootdisk then use on other machine.
