Removing new system changes alert?

I tried installing Linux within Windows and it wouldn't work. When I boot back to Windows I keep getting this "New System Changes" message asking me if I want to reboot to install changes. Of coarse, this message just keeps appearing everytime I reboot. Anyone know how to get rid of this thing?

This might do better in the linux forum but you installed linux on the same partition as Windows? Just trying to confirm that you didn't put it on it's own partition, did you?
