weird or normal ???????

I hope this is the right place. I just change isp. To notify every one in my add. book. I went to select recipients.In to I put one add. The rest in Cc.This is example of add.
mike@----.----- old add.
mike@++++.+++++++ new add.
I ask two to send me a reply with a new message. Both replied they did not recieve the email with new add.Yet I recieved there reply. I ask them to check there add. book because if they did not recieve the new add. how did I get thier email. When they checked they found that it was auto. entered in thier add. book. Weired or normal or is this something built into Win.?
