XP Pro repair & reinstall....?

I'm sure someone out there can explain how to do this for me.....

Boot with the CD, choose SETUP. When it finds the existing install, then you choose REPAIR.

Ah, now there's a problem, I dont have the CD...Have the product key, and know you can download the bootable floppy's from microsoft, but dont have floppy drive, can I download to CD or DVD....?

Even if you could download the file to a CD or DVD you would still need the WinXP Pro CD to run the repair from.
