Trouble With User Accounts in XP
I'm having trouble creating another user account in Windows XP. When I go to the Control Panel/User Accounts, the window is empty! The user account windows dosen't have any icons or anything. I've created new accounts before, and I am the administrator. The rest of the control panel works fine. What could be wrong?

is this winxp home or professional? can you see your user accounts in the computer management snap in?
start>control>panel>administrative tools>computer management>local users and groups in winxp pro, you can manage user accounts by typing this into a run command: start>run>control userpasswords2 (if i remember correctly it doesnt work on winxp home edition. when did this start happening? have you tried a restore pt to see if that fixes the problem?
