Can not download files from the net. Will not download???????
When I try to download a file from any web site it will not download????? Any reasons why??

Actually I ran into the same problem...didn't know if it was my ISP or settings in Explorerat the time. Ran through all my settings and then some with help from this forum. Turned out it was my registry that was corrupted and I had to reinstall Windows fresh. I hope that isn't it but first check all Explorer settings and check security level settings.
