Exclamation help needed.. computar turns off alone

To anyone who can help...

I recentrly installed windows 200SP4 to my computer, pentium 3, 256RAM, 40gb HDD... but i'm having a problem because the computar turns off alone after a while using it... anyone has an idea of what could be going on???

It may be CPU overheat, open case and check is fan working!!!

It could also be a weak or failing power supply.
