reinstalled windows..now my add/remove box is empty and my pc crashes?

i reinstalled windows..and now my add/remove box is empty and windows crashes and freezes alot..could it be because i had to use soembody elses product key..and somebody elses operating system disc?

While we understand the frustration you're facing, we will not support pirated software. If windows crashes and freezes a lot you should consider and check for hardware issues.
