Date Modified?
In the "My Music" folder I have all of my music files (of course). I like to sort them by "Date Modified" to see which albums/folders I have put on there most recently to listen to them. Lately, folders that I haven't looked at in a long time are coming up as being viewed. One of them was even while I was on the computer. Does anybody think I have a virus or is it something normal? FYI, I have AVG, Spybot-SD Resident, and my printer software running in the system tray. What is going on here? Thanks to everyone in advance.

They are probably accessed by your music player if you have them in a library.

Well no, I don't have them in a library, I just have them in a folder together, if that's considered a library. I don't have them in any music program library though.

In any case, it's nothing to be concerned about, as long as the folder is not being shared. Scanning utilities or indexing services could be accessing the folder.
