spyware stuck!

i've tried from deleting files to invalid registry entries to fix this machine, but i can't understand where the hell do the files/reg entries reappear from!!

have tried installing ad-aware in a past similar situation but that din work as i was then unable to run so many programs after when ad-awarre "fixed" certain files. thanks for the info in advance!

You have the about:blank browser hijacker. You NEED to install some antispyware applications and run them.
