Exclamation Windows XP after upgrade problem

Hello,

After installation of Windows XP SP2 , I installed the motherboard drivers, sound, Video card , office 2003 and others, Then I connected to the Internet and started Windows Update , after the update finished it asked me to restart my computer, I restarted it BUT unfortunately I got Blue screen with this message while loading the OS after the Windows XP logo disappeared :

STOP: C0000269 {Illegal System DLL Relocation}

The System DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly.

The relocation occurred because the DLL D:\Windows\system32\ntdll.dll occupied an address range reserved for windows system DLLS. The vendor supplying the DLL should %s %s

I tried safe mode and got the same message, i can't log into windows, i don't how to solve this problem.

Is this an upgrade installation over an existing OS or a clean installation? Is this an older/new system? Give us your computer specs as much info as possible.

it is a clean installation, I formated the Hard Disk NTFS and installed a fresh copy of windows XP.

It is Intel 3.2 GHz with HT technology, 865 Intel chipset MSI motherboard, 512MB DDR RAM, 128 MB G-Force NIVIDIA video card , and D-Link network card. 80GB SATA HardDisk

When you say u formatted Hard Drive do u mean you manually formatted or did you let windows formatt the HDD. If u formatted you might have erased your offset on the HDD. Try to run your hard drive setup disk. I take it this is a system you built yourself. Am I correct? You could also try reducing your hardware down to the bare essentials and then add components once you have Windows installed. Take a look at this http://www.forum.pcmech.com/showthread.php?t=132409.
