Too many processes.

Ok, well my comps been running anywhere from 59-65 processes. I'm going to list them as I see them now....can you guys tell me how to get rid of some and make my system run a bit smoother?

once you determined which ones you dont need running then if this is xp, click start>run>type "msconfig" then click the startup tab. check off all unneccesary programs.

scan your pc for viruses and spyware as well.
use adaware, spybot, microsoft antispyware, hi jack this
