Page Fault Error?

FLPSRV32 caused an invalid page fault in
module KERNEL32.DLL at 0187:bff87ede

This is the message I get every once in awhile on my friend's pc and I can't find anything about it on google.com. I checked the hard drive for errors, none. I checked to make sure the memory was still good by using a memory checker, its good. The PC has Windows 98, with 256MB of ram. Happens about 4 times a day just speracticly. I ran a Kernel32 monitor and I noticed when the error happens, the kernel is at 100%. Also, I have fully reformatted the hard drive and it still comes up with this error. Any help would be appreciated and I can give u any other info u may need hardware or software wise.

. . . Looks like it's a file viewer. I wonder if it comes bundled with either CAD software, art illustration software, or video editing software (for things like fancy titles).

They provide .dll updates at the software house's site that glc provided the links to. You could try updating the software, & see if it resolves the error.

Best of luck
. . . Gary
