Blinking/Flashing Hourglass

Blinking/Flashing Hourglass

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Here is my problem, whenever i click on a folder on my desktop to open it, the folder freezes, and the cursor/hourglass blinks, or flashes. This was probably cauded by a virus, and i have run all the virus/spyware programs, so my computer is clean. Thank you if you can direct me to the right help source. I run Windows 2000.

It is just saying that your microprocessor (CPU) is busy at that instant and something else is using it. But similar problems have been reported, take look thru this thread : http://www.windowsforms.net/Forums/S...=41&PostID=564
