recovering deleted file

I had a ~20gb folder, which I was zipping from one hd to the other hd using winrar. Then notice that there was an error, in the deletion. I did not notice that the files are complete and that its deleteing the files which are done. I made the option Delete after archive. So the file was deleted. I thought the zip was not complete, deleted the newly zipped file. It is permenantly deleted because its too big. Anyway to restore the files again? I have Norton SW. But the "empty norton protected files" is empty.
Help. Thanks.
