another reboot prob help!!

ok so xp oots topro b windows sign then it just goes black and sometimes it restarts and follows the same process.
However it boots in to safe mode with no problem. I tried running the windows recovery and it doesenr recognize any disks. I checked all the wires and everything is fine. I can just format and load new windows or can I fix this some how? I have two raptors in raid 0
