New "Logs" Folder

Just a few days ago i noticed a new folder on my desktop that is titled "Logs" inside the folder is a text document titled "cpu" and heres what the document says

7/14 22:18:00.125 vendor: 2
7/14 22:18:00.125 features: 0000000F
7/14 22:18:00.125 sockets: 1
7/14 22:18:00.125 cores: 1
7/14 22:18:00.125 processors: 1
7/14 22:18:00.125 chip = AuthenticAMD

7/14 22:18:00.125 extended (24): 1c=00000000 1d=e1d3fbff 4a=0000002B 8c=00000000


Ive tried deleting this a few times but it keeps coming back. Is there something wrong with my cpu?
Im using microsoft xp pro, amd 64 3400 1 gig ram

Have you recently installed or run any diagnostic software such as AMD`s amdcpuid.exe?
