InstallShield missing

I can't get software programs to run, and it seems it is because my InstallShield files are corrupted and missing. AfterInstalling their "Fix" at Installshield site, I have now thourghly screwed it all up. I need to delete it all and reload. My question is, where can I get the files I need? I pretty much need the whole thing, and to top it off, my XP home disk was made by a local computer shop, and wants to load a earlier version, and my comp won't allow it. So, what do I do now? Btw, thanks for all who helped me earlier!

Please keep the original thread going. Opening a new thread denies anyone who can assist you from seeing the problem history.
