Reboot! Reboot! Reboot! Please help

I'm not sure if this is an XP problem or something else. I just built a computer. Everything was fine until I installed XP. When XP begins to load, a blue screen quickly flashes and the computer reboots itself. There is something on the blue screen but it doesn't stay up long enough for me to read it. Sometimes it load to the desktop, but then it reboots. There have been several rare occasions where XP completely loads. But when I restart the computer it goes back to the rebooting problem.

I Couldn't read what was on the blue screen but I got XP to load up. I wrote down the error messages and this is what I got;

BCCODE:24 BCP1:001902FE BCP2:F78427F0 and so on.

it said that they occured in these files
Mini072005.01.dmp and sysdata.xml

I don't know if this means anything or do you know where I could find something that would tell me.

Now you are in safe mode, open Control Panel | System | Advanced Tab | Statrtup and Recovery Settings and uncheck automatically restart. Then write down the blue screen you get when you try to boot normally.
