Confused

I have three conection files in my network conections. One says 100.00 Mbps

the other two say 400.00 Mbps. I'm presently connected to the 100.00 Mbps is that ok? Or should I connect with the 400.00Mbps?

thanks

one is actually your lan connection, the other is your firewire port. xp calles it a network connection too.
the numbers after the names are the number of times it was created, you can just right click on it and remove the number only if you want to by renameing it, keep the name the same and just remove only the number, it just for appeance sake.
you only have one network connection for the internet. and your on the correct one.
