xp video error

i just installed windows xp with sp2 and all of my video expect for dvds and dvd images i play off power dvd look like the contrast is mest up. my windows media player will play all the videos with wierd contrast

I have Windows XP Professional Corporate Service Pack 2
Slipstreamed with RyanVM's Windows XP Post-SP2 Update Pack v1.2.2b
installed is it because i may have installed some codecs that came along with the Installation

Codecs
------
Fraunhofer IIS MP3 Codec
K-Lite Codec Pack 2.49 Full
K-Lite Codec Pack 2.49 Standard
QuickTime Alternative 1.50 Beta 1
Real Alternative 1.41


can some one please help me i was going to let it sit but its becoming a problem now

You probably have conflict betwen yours codecs try uninstalling one by one then reinsall them!!!
