I'm assuming you mean you have Netscape as your ISP?

Netscape incoming mail server: pop3.isp.netscape.com
Netscape outgoing mail server: smtp.isp.netscape.com

You will of course need your login name and password.

Are you using just your username or your full e-mail address? Different ISP's require different methods. Whichever you are using, try the other method. Passwords are case sensitive too.
