Fat32 and NTFS

I have a PC with an Epox 4GEA+ mobo and 2 wd 80GB hard drives. They are both clean. I want to install Windows98 SE on one with a FAT32 format and Windows XP on the other with a NTFS format. Will this cause any problems?
Will I be able to copy data (e-mail, pictures, etc.) from one disk to the other?

Thanx much in advance

Jim

Windows 98 will not be able to see the NTFS partition. Windows XP will be able to work with the FAT32 partition just fine. As long as your shared data is on the FAT32 partition, both versions of Windows will be able to access it.
