Standby in shut down menu
I just re-installed XP Home, when I go to Start, Turn off computer the menu that pops up gives me 3 options, Hybernate, Turn Off, Restart.
I disabled the option to hybernate. The hybernate button is still there but not highlighted and is inopt. But my question is , on my other computer the option to stand by button is where the hybernate button is and I like to use the standby. How do I get the standby option in the shut down menu to replace the hybernate one? Thanks, |

Check your display drivers and make sure that you have the latest version of the driver.
