To configure Outlook Express 6.0 manually do the following

1. Open Microsoft Outlook Express.
2. On the Add menu, click Mail.
3. In the Display Name box, type the name that you want people to see when they receive e-mail from you.
4. Click I already have an e-mail address that I'd like to use, and then type your MSN or Hotmail e-mail address (for example, someone@example.com).
5. Click Next.
6. Select HTTP as the server, and then select Other as the provider.
7. In the Server Address box, type http://oe.msn.msnmail.hotmail.com/cgi-bin/hmdata.
8. Click Next.
9. In the Account Name box, type your MSN e-mail address (for example, someone@example.com).
10. In the Password box, type your password, and then click Next.
11. Click Finish.
12. When prompted to download folder information, click Yes to continue.

The first time you check your e-mail your folder info is d/l'd along with your e-mail messages.

If you are a customer of MSN internet, then get hold of them. They have some special thing to do it. If not, you are talking about an extra charge feature.
