Blocked Sender list in Outlook Express: Is there a limit and...

I'm using Outlook Express and I haven't been getting email notification from a forum I'm a member of for the last couple of days. There is no problem with their server because I switched my email address there to my hotmail account and I'm getting messages there.

I don't know if there is a problem with my ISP or if I accidentally added messages from that forum to my "Blocked Senders" list. I do not see it listed in blocked senders but that list looks rather short. I'd swear that I have blocked a lot more spam messages than what is listed.

Does the Blocked Sender list have a limit to how much spam can be blocked?
And does anyone know if the list can actually show ALL spam addresses that I've added?

Thanks in advance
