Task Manager

This is probally a stupid question but I will ask anyway.
All of sudden when I ctrl,alt delete,a message comes up "Task manager has been disabled by administrator. I am the admistrator and I haven't changed anything. How do I get it back?

Physician heal thy self,I figured it out! I had downloaded some Beta drivers from Creative & they had some spyware planted in the registry. Ad-Aware found it and was able to remove it.
