Infected operating memory
G'day all
What is the best way to clean infected operating memory on laptop XP pro. Nod32, in safe mode, got rid of everythig but operating memory infection. Any help appreciated John

G'day...lol
... Out of interest, what is leading you to believe there is a problem (what error messages are you getting?) Aren't there known issues with some releases of Nod32? Might be a dodgy bit of RAM, or something obscure like that. |

What exactly do you mean by an "operating memory infection"?
Am assuming that you had a virus on your system that cant seem to get cleaned with Nod32. First, boot to safemode and use IE to visit http://housecall.antivirus.com/ to see if it can be removed. If you still have any issues, please post back here with the name of the virus found and Hijackthis logs. |
