can't restore registry, pC crashed, HELP!!!!!!!!

I think i made mistakes, I use regedit delete couple of keys which i don't use anymore, before I made this changes, I use export registry to backup the whole registry, after restart machine, i found computer can't connect internet anymore, the whole local area network under my network places is gone, so i restart regedit, import the saved backup , it gave me error message saying " can't restore from this backup", tried reboot from last known good configuration, don't work, tried "scanreg /restore", doesn't work, and double click the save backup.reg file, same error.

can anyone help, please!!!!!!!!!!

If you have the XP cd it's time to do a repair install.
